2- After the registration and the expiry of the free period, the customer is obligated to submit papers, documents and licenses to prove that he is engaged in commercial activity and proof of registration in the Vat tax system

3- The customer bears the legal responsibility for the correctness of the data provided

TERMINATION

You may terminate your account and discontinue using Raissan ERP products and services at any time. You may request terminating your account by contact us via email address

If you terminate your account before the pre-paid period ends, you can import your content until the end of such period, and then, you will no longer be able to restore your content or your account anymore.

After the account termination, all account data is immediately removed, and Raissan ERP is not responsible for returning any content or other information thereafter.

SERVICES

Raissan ERP provides cloud computing products and services throughout our Raissan ERP software, websites and applications to facilitate and improve your business management. In addition to, installation and configuration services and the technical support teamwork visits, in order that you obtain the best use and practice of Raissan ERP.

Services are offered on a monthly or yearly prepaid subscription basis, according to the offers displayed on the website.

Free package

You can enjoy the services and benefits offered for free for 14 days through the Free Package.

Subscription

Hss.sa ??offers various systems and packages that are charged on the basis of monthly or yearly prepaid subscriptions. You have the option to purchase one of the subscription packages displayed and enjoy using the services.

Subject to the subscription, we grant you a license to use the Services in accordance with the subscription package you have purchased. The subscription is automatically renewed at the time of renewal, with deducting all the subscription fees

Terminate your subscription

Monthly Subscription. You can terminate your monthly subscription at any time. The monthly subscription shall be terminated 24/7 hours prior to the renewal date. If the subscription is not terminated, the subscription will automatically be renewed and the subscription fee be deducted.

Annual Subscription. You can terminate your annual subscription at any time. The annual subscription shall be terminated 72 hours prior to the renewal date. If the subscription is not terminated, the subscription will automatically be renewed and the subscription fee be deducted.

In case of you did not pay the renewal subscription fees after you are notified, the subscription will be terminated and the services will be suspended for 30 days. Then, the account will be terminated and all data will be removed from the databases.

You are solely responsible Your User Content. You shall have the right to or legally authorized to use that User Content in relation to the Services. You shall not use such User Content from the Services unless you are legally authorized to do so. Raissan ERP is not responsible by any way, for any actions you may take with respect to your User Content.

Backup

The customer is fully responsible for copying his content from downloading items, customers, reports, and expenses, for example not limited to .and High Speed Solutions disclaims its responsibility for backing up the customer's content.

PAYMENT TERMS

When you choose to purchase any of the Subscription Packages, you agree hereby to pay the subscription fees in advance, and that the subscription package that you choose will automatically be renewed and the subscription fees be deducted.

Ticket Fees.

When you choose to purchase a ticket to request any of the Technical Support Services that are promoted on the website, you agree hereby to pay the ticket fees in advance.

Raissan ERP shall have the right to determine the Services pricing, at its sole discretionAnd, you undertake and agree to authorize Hss.sa ??to collect all amounts due for the orders you have made and at what level of services you have specified, as described in these Terms of Use, the offers made on the Website, and in accordance with the payment method you have specified in your account.

Raissan ERP reserves all the Rights that are not expressly granted to you hereto.

DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

All disputes, controversies or claims arising out from the interpretation or implementation of these terms of use shall be settled amicably. In case of disagreeing upon amicable settlement, the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
